Situated on an elevated position between Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte, Curlew Cottage is reached by a private access road shared only with the two neighbouring homes. This makes the cottage a very safe environment for children to enjoy the gardens. There is ample parking to the front and side of the cottage to accommodate several cars and the rear walled garden, greenhouse and garage have been created from the former farm steading buildings.

The ground floor accommodation comprises: large dining/family room, sitting room, kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave), laundry (with washing machine, tumble dryer and airing pulley) and bath/shower room. Upstairs is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and, accessed by a separate stair, a further twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The cottage has oil-fired central heating, double glazing throughout and the wood burning stove in the sitting room makes this a cosy home at any time of the year. Additional amenities include broadband internet access.

• As dogs are welcome at Curlew Cottage, please be aware if you have allergies. There is a charge of £25 per dog per stay
• There is a washing machine, dryer

We have WiFi Ring doorbells in our properties, pointing outward at the driveway. The camera in the doorbell records and is motion-activated & operates 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property.
